1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Morocco Host Experts website and the booking requests made through it. By using the website, you accept these terms.
2. Booking requests
A booking request is not a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when Morocco Host Experts sends you a confirmation by email. Prices shown include the nights and the cleaning fee indicated on the listing.
3. Payment
No payment is collected on the website. Payment terms (amount, deposit, method and deadline) are communicated to you with the confirmation.
4. Guests’ obligations
Guests agree to respect the house rules shown on each listing, the maximum number of guests, the check-in and check-out times and the neighbours. Any damage may be charged.
5. Property owners
Owners guarantee that they have the right to rent their property and that the information and photos they publish are accurate. The co-hosting commission and services are agreed with Morocco Host Experts.
6. Liability
Morocco Host Experts does its best to keep the information on the website accurate and the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
