A booking request that is still pending can be cancelled free of charge at any time from your booking page.
After confirmation
Cancellation conditions for confirmed stays (deadlines and any refund of the deposit) are indicated in your confirmation email and may vary by property and season. Please read them before paying.
Changes
To change your dates or number of guests, contact us as early as possible by WhatsApp or email: we will do our best to find a solution based on availability.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel a confirmed stay (for example because of a problem with the property), we offer an equivalent alternative or refund any amount already paid.
